Data protection declaration of consent

A feedback function is available on the app to improve our customer service and to rectify problems. If you send us feedback, the following data is captured and transferred in addition to the potentially personal data that you enter in the free text field: fuel card number, device identification, version of the operating system, version of the app, logs with app usage data from the last two weeks, the relevant charging station and location data (‘device data’, free text data and device data jointly referred to as: ‘Feedback Data’).

Consent is required to use the feedback function. However, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by unticking the box (‘Data Protection Declaration of Consent’).

I consent to the collection, processing and use of feedback data by Volkswagen Leasing GmbH for the purposes of improving customer service and rectifying problems.
